Crop Resistance With Powercore™ Trait Technology

This season Pannar Seed is pleased to introduce six new maize hybrids with PowerCore™ trait technology to its seed portfolio. PowerCore™ technology is a comprehensive trait package for premium insect- and weed control in your high-yield potential maize crop.

The unique combination of three different Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt) proteins contained in PowerCore™ technology offers improved Insect Resistant Management (IRM) against major maize pests. At the same time, its glyphosate tolerance brings a proven, convenient weed control benefit to farmers. Pests like the maize stem borer and spotted maize stem borer don’t stand a chance against this high-performing, insect-resistant seed trait.

PAN 3P-924PW (NEW) – Ultra early; a market leader under irrigation and high potential dryland.

PAN 4P-928PW (NEW) – Early; an excellent choice for high potential dryland and irrigation.

PAN 5P-902PW – Medium early; performs very well in the eastern Highveld.

PAN 5P-990PW (NEW) – Medium early; widely adapted and a good silage hybrid.

White maize hybrids with PowerCore™ technology:

PAN 3P-973PW (NEW) – Ultra early; an excellent choice under irrigation and high potential dryland.

PAN 5P-985PW (NEW) – Medium early; very stable and widely adapted on soils with >10% clay in the topsoil.

PAN 5P-991PW (NEW) – Medium early; widely adapted, especially in western production areas with <10% clay in the topsoil.
